Refund and Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Dapper Chameleon.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and with the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary steps to follow.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order receipt or a note with your order number and the reason for the return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If items are not in their original condition or are returned outside the return period, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Exchange Policy
Should you wish to make an exchange for an item purchased for a different size, colour etc please contact mel@dapperchameleon.co.za
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Sale or clearance items
Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mel@dapperchameleon.co.za and we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.
